First, let’s take a look at the utensils you’ll need to make a Zingy honey and almond tart. You’ll need a saucepan, a tart pan, and of course, an oven.
Ingredients
To make your Zingy® honey and almond apple tart, you will need 6 Zingy® apples, puff pastry, sugar, butter, honey, and slivered almonds. Now that you have all the utensils and ingredients you need, let’s get started!
Preparation
First, preheat the oven to 210°C, then line your pie dish with the puff pastry. Next, cut 6 Zingy® apples into medium-sized slices and arrange them on the pastry, then bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
For the second step, melt 70g of butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add two tablespoons of honey, 100g of sugar, and 100g of slivered almonds.
Finally, coat the top of the tart while the oven is still hot, and return to the oven for a few minutes to brown.
